Road Rash - by Philly
I failed to tell you that I had some pretty good road rash on my arm and
some other little places after that little spill. Just had jeans and a
tank top on when I went down but my arm got chewed up pretty good. When
I got home, I mixed up some ointment that healed my arm up incredibly
fast and left little scaring.
What I did was mix three things
together. A Vitamin E gel cap with Aloe Vera and Neosporin. I changed
my bandage out three times a day and, brother, it was amazing what that
combination did.
Hopefully, you won't be needing any but just in case - thought you might
want to mix some up and carry it in a first aid kit with you. I have
always kept one on my bike and I was so glad I had it once I got to
Bowling Green. Didn't have the magic potion but I definitely went
through the tube of ointment that was in my kit.
