Got a minor oil leak fixed first thing this morning, another Primary cover leak, this time the main gasket...couple turns on the screws and I was back on the road. It was a warm morning so I took off in shirt sleeves and got back on the Interstate to put some miles behind me. It turned out to be a pretty nice day and made it just past Nashville before I turned off the highway and got back on the country roads...this time I left the highway at Lebanon, TN and took route 70 through the countryside to Crossville. I had hoped to make it past this, but I had to stop 3 times to suit up and unsuit for rain. Finally hit a bad lightning storm just outside Crossville, so I went back to the same place I stayed in on the outbound trip. On the ride through town I passed by Mister Ed's Salloon and Grill, with ladies night tonight....$5 for free beers through 11pm. Seeing it is my last couple nights out, I might just have to take 'em up on that offer. Its pretty close to the motel, so I will walk! The ride in from Lebanon was gorgeous....reminds me why I am taking this trip...too bad I had to spend so much of it on the Interstates to get some miles behind me. Today was only about 300 miles.
